How to config Window XP professional to use Khmeros system font?

I have done all the configuration necessary to use Khmer Unicode. One issue that I don't know how to do is to display Khmer Text inside "File of type" drop box. In OpenOffice Writer, go to File (ឯកសារ), Open (បើក). The Open dialog window is open, at the lower near (Files of type)I see a line of blocks and also in the arrow down menu. Do anyone know how to change the Window font system to use KhmerOS system font? Your help is appreciated. Thank you.
