Typing in OpenOffice with KhmerOSI just installed OpenOffice 2.0 on Windows XP and it seems to work fine (i.e., I've installed Khmer version of OpenOffice and English version on separte computers). However, when I try to type Khmer using Catalan KhmerOS unicode, the keyboard is not mapped according to KhmerOS keyboard. Please help with suggestions, Thanks, Mark |
Hi Mark,
Hi Mark, You can try a few things. First go to the "Control Panel" and open up "Regional and Language Options" Once there, click on the "Languages" tab and then click the "Details" button. Make sure that the "Catalan" keyboard is "Khmer Unicode Keyboard (NIDA 1.0) If it is not - try making a adding Catalan again and choosing the Khmer Unicode Keyboard (NIDA 1.0) as the keyboard. If that keyboard is not there, download and install the newest Khmer Unicode installer and it will install the keyboard for you (if you have trouble you can download the khmer document that KhmerOS has put out http://www.khmeros.info/download/Full_Software_Installation.pdf or look at a tutorial up at the SBBIC site http://www.sbbic.org/help/installkhmer.php Hope that helps, Nathan
